How do I Check-in?
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed personally by a member of our team. He will give you the keys, present your accommodation, and give you good addresses! Arrivals are between 16:00 and 20:00, beyond, the service will be charged.
Can I choose the configuration of the beds?
Perfectly, you have the choice between single or double beds.
Do you offer welcome baskets?
Each person will receive for free : bottle of water, a pair of slippers and miniature baths.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Completely! There are all the utensils you need.
Do I have to bring my hair dryer and iron?
The apartments are fully equipped, everything is already on site!
Are pets accepted?
We love animals, but for hygiene reasons they are not accepted in the apartments.
What happens if I have a problem in the apartment during my stay?
Don’t panic ! We stay at your disposal to help you.
